Zuniga Financial is the brainchild of Michael (“Mike”) and David (“Dave”) Brown, brothers and partners. Their concept is to make available to businesses the skill sets developed by them during decades of corporate operating, financial and legal experience. Dave is a Wall Street lawyer by background and Mike is a Harvard Business school, operating executive. Dave has been Vice President and General Counsel, Chairman and CEO of several NYSE companies. Mike has CFO, COO and CEO experience, as well. Mike has enormous experience in operations, finance and economic analysis. Dave is similarly well versed in in transactions, of all kinds, and senior corporate management. As a general matter, large cap businesses have access to superior advice and execution in corporate management and finance. We are dedicated to bringing this kind of expertise and execution to every engagement we undertake.
We are comfortable advising on, or arranging, all manner of financial transactions. We also have considerable experience in crisis management, restructurings, business assessments and general operating and financial management.
